1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Belucci Hardwood & Flooring. By accessing our website, engaging with our services, or receiving a quote, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you ("Client") and Belucci Hardwood & Flooring ("Company").

2. Services

The Company provides professional hardwood flooring services, including but not limited to installation, sanding, refinishing, and repair. All services will be performed with due diligence and in a professional manner, using high-quality materials and industry-standard techniques.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by the Company are estimates based on the initial assessment of the project. The final price may be subject to change if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project (e.g., subfloor damage, extensive repairs needed). Any changes will be discussed and approved by the Client before additional work is performed.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to ensure the work area is clear of furniture, appliances, and personal belongings prior to the project start date. The Client is also responsible for notifying the Company of any hidden electrical, plumbing, or heating lines in the work area. The Company is not liable for damages to items not properly removed from the workspace.

5. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required upon signing the service agreement to secure the project start date and cover material costs. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and the Client's final satisfaction. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed in the service agreement.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

The Company warrants its workmanship for a period of one year from the date of project completion. This warranty covers labor-related issues such as buckling or cupping due to improper installation. It does not cover damages caused by improper maintenance, moisture, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Belucci Hardwood & Flooring be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Client agrees that the Company's total liability shall not exceed the total cost of the project.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify Clients of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
